Your menu link is to the login page. I did not see a login module present. The login page uses the first CB login module it finds for its parameters. In your case you had 2 CB Login modules. The first one, which login page is using, had no login redirect. I've added your login redirect to the first module and it redirected fine. Please also confirm is working as expected now.
