CBsubs with PAP affiliate coupon codes

I am trying to get the PAP affiliate coupons to work within the CBsubs cart. I think it was discussed in this thread here . The end result will be that Affiliates can hand out coupon codes that will work the same as a tracking link, they will be credited with a % of sale when someone uses their coupon, instead of a link.

According to the PAP documentation, support.qualityunit.com/289065-How-to-integrate-coupons-with-your-payment-processor-or-e-shop I need to edit the tracking code in 2 places. The pap api class is editable, so I should be able to manage that change, but I'm not sure I can edit the tracking link on the sale page itself. Or possibly that isn't even necessary depending on how the tracking code is called.

Just looking for some guidance on where to edit the tracking code so that it will look for coupons.

As we don't provide the source to that plugin the best base to start with is the Google Analytics plugin.

For the PAP Coupon I suppose you'd just add a field to registration then pick that up in your integration and pass it to PAP.

Ok, so I will have to have a separate field for the PAP coupons then? I was hoping to share the same coupon field with the CB promotions.

Don't know if that'll work or not. CBSubs supports multiple coupons so it could end up sending multiple coupons when you expected 1, but I suppose you could use the CBSubs Promotions coupon code set in the basket.

Probably not, that just passes optional commission data. I believe it's a completely different API function to set the coupon for PAP.

I recommend reviewing the API linked earlier then reviewing the Google Analytics plugin for reference for your own PAP integration.
