I asked to pre-sale support and theyinvited me to post here.
What I'm looking for is possibility for users of a certain group to post in a public calendar their availability for a certain period of days to work in a specific location, but also the possibility for users of the same or a different group to look for specific workers again for a determined period of time and location.
Does anyone know an extention that manage this ?

We don't have an appointment plugin. Closest you'll get to that in CB is probably GJ Events and just schedule an event for a period of time as you can select between 2 date ranges. You'd probably want to do language overrides for it so it says Appointments instead of Events though. Has built in support for supplying location as well. GJ Events however is exclusive to Groups provided by CB GroupJive.
An alternative is have 2 date fields where they can supply the range of availability. Then you can have a userlist that displays all of these users ordering by their date fields. This would effectively allow their profiles to act has an available business hours list.
