Yes that's possible, but you'll need to use database management software of some kind like phpmyadmin. All tables beginning with the following after your table prefix belong to CB and our products.

This generally won't be enough though. CB is coupled to Joomla so you'll need your Joomla users too and the relevant Joomla user tables are as follows.
_users
_user_keys
_user_mfa
_user_profiles
Joomla users are coupled to Joomla ACL so the below tables then also become relevant.
_user_usergroup_map
_usergroups
_viewlevels
My recommendation is to make a copy of your Joomla 3.10 site. Update CB. Unpublish all 3rd party Joomla extensions. Migrate to Joomla 4 then to Joomla 5. Now you've a migrated database that can be moved to a clean Joomla 5 install if you so choose.
