User Profile was created by halkovic
The "Profile Edit Layout" and the "Profile Edit Icon Legend" is not displayed under User Profile.  I assume that without these a user cannot edit his own profile?

No those don't disable profile edit. Please be more specific as to what your issue is or what you're trying to do.

Users are not able to edit/update their profile.  Can't seem to find anything that is needed to allow this.  Thanks

There is no setting to universally disable profile edit. You should see the menu option at the top of their profile or you can create a Joomla menu item to CBs profile edit page to access profile edit. What is available to edit depends on your tabs in CB > Tab Management and the fields on those tabs in CB > Field Management. The only other thing that controls profile edit is its layout in the Default template in CB > Plugin Management under Layout tab.
