Hello,

I'm running the latest version of Joomla 4.3.3 and CB 2.8.0, and my users are not receiving password reset emails.

My Joomla site is connected to an SMTP server, and the test message sends successfully.

The site also has a Rockettheme with Gantry 5 and uses the RSJoomla Membership plugin. I just resolved the issue with the password reset page formatting with the template and menu settings.

I've gone through all settings and can't understand why this won't work.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

Create a test user and confirm they're not receiving the password reset email. Once done find them in CB > User Management and use the mass mailer button to directly send them an email. This will help confirm if CB can or cannot send them an email as both use the same APIs.
