Ok, I'll try that once. But what do I have to enter as KEY for the moderator email?
Can I then use the individual CB fields in the text such as [username]?

Use the search feature built into the language overrides page.

Can I then use the individual CB fields in the text such as [username]?

Yes, it supports substitutions.
