How/where to edit content of cb-profile/saveregisters

Hi,
I would like to know where to edit the content of the Landing page after a successful user registration (index.php/cb-profile/saveregisters).

I have attached the current message that is being displayed.

Searched in 'Auto Actions' 'System Actions' but this text is not available in those two. Then from where this text is coming from.

Please help to resolve this ASAP also let me know if you need any further info.

It's a language string so you'll need to override it using a CB language override. Looks like you already overridden it at some point. Could also be from CB Paid Subscriptions if you've plans available during registration.
