Approving user add ons

Approving user add ons was created by Fendermate
I received a system email;
"A user has submitted an image for approval. Please log in and take the appropriate action."
What user?
Where do I go to check?
And, what changes do I do to the setup so I have a reference so I can take future immediate action?
I can't find anything.
I must be blind.

From the approval page which you can reach using a Joomla menu item to it or using CB Workflows Module. Suggest downloading and reading through the CB Primer Book found below as it covers core CB in its entirity.

We also have videos below for core CB functionality that does explain approval workflow.
