how to moderate users pm cb native was created by Jimmm
how to moderate users pm cb native?

1 user claims he receives spam from user number 2 in his pm , but the number 2 user said he didnt do that

How can our moderatos see what was in that user 2 pm ?

we have red all documentation and primer book but foud nothing on how to do this

Private messages can be moderated from backend only. Frontend private message moderation is not planned due to privacy concerns. In backend click Messages under Private Message System within CB > Plugin Management.

I opened Plugin Management > Private Message System but cant see Messages

How in backend to see and click Messages?

Its only global and parameters but no Messages there :(

You don't edit the plugin. It's a menu just below the plugins title. This assumes you're using the Internal model and not UddeIM. There is no message management at all for UddeIM.
