Hi,

I tried to update community builder by going to Community Builder ===> Plugin Management ===> Install New Plugin and then headed towards "Install from Web". But I got the this error, "Failed to load install from web. Please reload to retry.". So I can't upload Community Builder through this method.

Thank you.

The HTTP request to our server failed. As it's an ajax request it would likely be your browser blocking it. Nothing we can do from our end; you'll need to check your browser settings or browser extensions. You can still install by simply downloading and installing normally from our downloads page below.

hello Kyle,

Thank you for your reply.

I tried with 5 different web browsers (3 of which do not have any extensions) but result is the same.

There's nothing I can do for you. Your server (outbound http security), site (security extensions), or browser (security extensions or cookie settings) is blocking the ajax request. That's something you'll need to figure out your self or continue to just manually update. We'll be providing a token system to avoid needing to do a JSONP request that might help in the future.
