Hello,

Community Builder is an excellent extension but I have one issue with it. Every time my site's users register, they get confirmation email to their spam box. Is there a way we can implement so that the confirmation email goes directly to inbox not to spam box. You know people these days have a very low faith with emails coming in to their spam box. And email providers like Gmail includes spam box in a place which is not directly visible. So having confirmation mail as a spam means a very low probability of someone actually going to the spam folder and click the confirmation link.

Thank you.

Change the Pending and Welcome emails within CB > Configuration > Registration to be more unique to your site. It may not be the emails though. Your domain may have already been flagged as spam, which if is the case you have to contact email providers to remove you from their blacklist after proving your domain is not spam.
