Dear Joomlapolis,
as usually, before launch updates I work with staging. But I've a problem (also for published current version). If I try to update CB i get following error message:
Message
Caricamento avvenuto con Successo
CB Package Installer1
Nothing to install.
(debug message: Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 5 in /.../components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpackageinstaller/install.packageinstaller.php on line 483)
Both with Install from web function (off course I'm connected with joomlapolis.com) and from Package file upload.
Joomla 3.8.12 (same problem also with last 3.9.2)
CB 2.1.4+build.2018.05.14.16.53.38.b654953b0 (same problem also with last 2.4.0)
php 7.2.14 (same with 7.1.26 or 7.0.33)
Could You help me?
Thanks

Looks like a REGEXP bug in the installer, but it's just a warning so it shouldn't break the install. Does everything still install fine? I'm not having any issues installing anything in my tests.

With joomla installer I've no problem (other plugins), only in CB I found this error. In ftp directory doesn't exist plug_cbpackageinstaller and php file install.packageinstaller.php doesn't exixt.
I disabled all non Jommlapolis plugins and the problem doesn't disappear. It's important to update the cms with last versions.
UPDATE
I'm not sure but may be caused by jSGCache from Siteground provider
system / jSGCache
"Please enable this plugin in the Plug-in Manager before continuing. Before you can use this plugin you need to have the SG Cache service installed and activated.
Through the settings of this plugin you can manage how your Joomla interacts with SG Cache."
There is an error in the REGEXP, which we've now patched. New installers shouldn't have that bugged REGEXP anymore. Please try redownloading and installing to see if issue persists.
