change the user group was created by AlecsRU
Please help me. First time working with CB and very little detail about triggers. I need to change the user group when the user updates the field with the drop-down list. Unfortunately I can't do it. I would be grateful for a hint

CB Auto Actions does this.

I believe there is a tutorial on this also here:

Yeah, I saw that article. The translation of trigger names is so inaccurate that it is unclear what the trigger does. You have to study blind and a lot of time trying each trigger.

The user must enter the word "YES" in the CB_demo field and update. Must be implemented to change the group of users is registered on the demo.
I put a trigger in after field row, type "usergroup", access"registered".
In terms of [cb_demo] , the operator "Equals" and value "yes". In the action tab, replace user group and demo group.

When you enable auto action error 502 Bad Gateway appears in your account and in the admin panel of the user.

Our demo site is restricted in some regards to protect the demo site it self. You may not be able to do somethings with CB Auto Actions there. I can't help you in regards to the translations of triggers; that would be up to the volunteer language teams or your self to translate them. Most triggers are rather self explanatory. For example onAfterUserRegistration is triggered after a user registers. Also note the tutorial covers user registration from frontend only and following its instructions exactly should work fine.

You misunderstood me. I'm not talking about your demo site. On my site, I'm trying to make a change to the access rights of a user who fills in a specific field in the profile and updates the profile

Here's what I did:

Created a Yes and No combo box.
The user selects Yes and should automatically change the access level
I selected trigger "onafterfieldrow", user access level "Registered", type " Uesrgroup"
In the second tab " Conditions "I specified the field name [cb_demo], operator" Equal "and value"Yes".
In the third tab I specified to change the user group from" Registered "to"Demo group".
As a result of activation of the trigger (before changing a record in a field) on my website in the personal account of the user 504 error. The same error is in the administrative panel of this user.

I would be grateful if you could explain my mistake.

You do not have an active subscription for CB Auto Actions, no download history for CB Auto Actions, and no purchase history. So if you do have CB Auto Actions it's either massively out of date (from before the launch of our new site) or obtained my unknown means. I can not help you any further. If you purchased with a separate account please login to that account and post in the support forums otherwise you're welcome to purchase a subscription for support. We do not provide free support for our products beyond basic CB questions, sorry.
