Setup Multiple Pending Email Bodies; There are different user types. They should see different response from "Email Pending". Using substitutions in Pending Email Body is giving issues? Not sure if that is the right approach to the situation.

Should work fine with IF substitutions. See the bottom of our substitution tutorial below for several examples.

I did see the examples. All I am trying to accomplish is have a line of text only show up in "pending Email Body" for the selected member type. Do I use a cb: if statement for that? And if so. Which code should I apply.

Thx in Advanced,

Read the tutorial. Examples are provided with explanations on how to use substitutions.
