Error: Null primary key not allowed was created by beniniu
Hi there

When I delete a user profile from the administrator end of Community Builder I receive the following error: "Null primary key not allowed". The screen goes white and the URL puppygogo.com/administrator/index.php does not redirect.

Is there a reason that this may be happening?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and regards
Shaun

Run the various database tools within CB > Tools (including User Synchronization) to ensure your database is up to date and synchronized. Next be sure to always use CB > User Management when managing your users. Sounds like you maybe trying to delete a user that exists in Joomla, but not CBs database.

Thanks Kyle - really appreciate your help.

I ran the user synchronisation and then deleted a user through User Management however still get the white screen and 'Null primary key not allowed error". It's obviously not a deal breaker and only a minor back end issue however would be good to solve.

Any thoughts would be great.

Cheers
Shaun

Likely a 3rd party user plugin acting on Joomla user delete functionality then. Within Extensions > Plugins disable all User plugins except "User - Joomla!" then retry.
