Hide component/comprofiler and all component/* was created by julienduhavre
Hello, I'm trying to find how to hide all stuff like "component/comprofiler" in url. Maybe with URL rewriting ? But I don't know how to do that..

Thanks for any help :) ;)

Create Joomla menu items to CB and enable SEF within Joomla global configuration. The below should help get you started in configuring Joomlas SEF.

Replied by julienduhavre on topic Hide component/comprofiler and all component/*
Thanks for your answer ;)
I have already done that, but I want to hide in URL the component/comprofiler part.
Example, if the url is : -https://mywebsite.com/en/component/comprofiler/lostpassword
I want the result to be :
Code:
https://mywebsite.com/en/lostpassword

Thanks :)

You need to create a Joomla menu item to CBs forgot login page. This will replace the component and view with the menu item alias. Example as follows.

domain/en/MENU-ALIAS

You can see this on our demo site below.

demo.cbdemosites.com/community-builder/forgot-login

"community-builder" is the menu item alias of the parent menu item of the "forgot-login" menu item. If it didn't have a parent you'd have just /forgot-login for example.
