Error when registering

When I click on register in cB login it goes to this link:
npdems.org/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers

and I get an error as follows:

Fatal error: Class 'JModel' not found in /home/content/68/5048568/html/npdems-joomla 2.5/modules/mod_joomdoc/mod_joomdoc.php on line 37

I suspect something was hacked maybe?

The error message is due to the mod_joomdoc module you have installed and has nothing to do with CB.
