I have use this movie to set up moderators and on 1 of my site's it is no problem and works good. But I do the seem thing on my other site and than I get this:
You cannot edit a `registered`. Only higher-level users have this power.
And the permissions are the seem, so I can not understand why it not works. Who can help me with this?
