Hi
I would customize the email message of reset password with something like this:
Hello <Name of User>,
We received a request to reset your password for your account: <email adress>
Here is your new password: xxxxxxx
If you didn't ask to change your password, don't worry! You are the only one seeing this message; you just have to log in with the new password above, and change it to what you would like it to be...
The email is just a language string. You can override language strings as shown below and set it to whatever you want. Substitutions are supported in that string as well.
