username as lastname firstname was created by mjt78

hi,
at this moment the username is "firstname lastname".
I would like to get the username as "lastname firstname", because it is easier to find a user within a list.
I don't find how to do!!
is somebody can help me!

No buily-in functioanlity for this.

You would need to use something like CB Auto Actions to configure such an action - but you need to consider uniqueness requirement of username.
