Field List selection is missing in List Management

Field List selection is missing in List Management was created by eddie_konczal

I upgraded Community Builder from 1.9 to 2.0.14, and I am no longer able to display the Name field in a list of user profiles. There is no more "Field List" selector as there was in the middle of the List Columns, and the "Name" is not an option in the column for Name! Please see attached screenshots. What could have gone wrong?

Please check that the name field is published to begin with.
You cannot put a field on a user list if it is not published for profile view.

Suggest you download and study the also free CB Primer Book and take a look at the video tutorials also.
