How to set default canvas image was created by maestroc
How do I set the default canvas image for anyone who has not yet selected one of their own?

If you want to change the default gray canvas, you can just replace that image with one of same width and height.
You should find it at /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/images/canvas/nophoto_n.png
