Remove Administrator Email send to client was created by PWessels

Good Day.

How can I stop community builder to email this administrator email to the user :

Hello Pierre,

You have been added as a User to GRP Pipe Support by an Administrator.

This email contains your username and password to log in to grppipe.co.za/

Username: ...
Password: 1234
