E-mail notification not send to user or moderator

Hi,

I have set user registration to "User approval", but after registration the user or moderators dont get an e-mail.

I have tryed with SMTP and phpmailer. Mass mailer is working fine, so i guess my mail config is okay.

I have researched alot and double checked settings, but no luck yet.

System info:
Joomla 3.4.8.
Php version: 5.5
CB: 2.0.13

Please download and read the CB Primer Book and look at the videos also.
They explain how to configure CB Modertors.

Well your initial email did not mention that you read the documentation )most people do not).

Hi Nick,

Thank you for the videos. I have checked my settings and they are like in the videos. After a couple of tests a realise it works with phpmailer, but not with smtp.

I need to use smtp, because the administrators are using massmailer. Massmailer is working fine with the smtp settings.
