Mandatory User profile Menu not working

Mandatory User profile Menu not working was created by lavoro83
I use CB 1.9.1 and Joomla 2.5.17. I have created the mandatory menu User Profile in the User Menu (under Menus in the backend), not in the Main menu. The User Profile menu is public, but the User Menu is accessible via module only by special users.

When I login and click on the User Profile menu it shows me a blank page and gives no information.
Same if I put the menu in some other place other than the User menu.
