How to change and style user activation link?

I want to change the link to something like Click to activate your account. instead of showing the whole link.

I am using communitybuilder_2.0.8

hyperlink:

Also, I want the link to be something like

www.example.com/activate/reg6628d6633817967...a0fa746a3bd400eba6e7
