How to change defaut profile image message?

While uplaoding avatar when making registeration we got message

Your image will be resized if needed to a maximum dimension of 200 pixels width x 500 height automatically, but your image file should not exceed 2000 KB.

We want to change that with our own , where to chnage that

Language files.

You should first download the ENglish plugin and install it and then edit those relevant language strings.

Sorry I did not get it properly,

I downloaded CB1.4_english_en-GB.zip and install it using CB Plugin now i had a plugin (which is already there) named 'Default language (English)'

Now 'edit those relevant language strings' did i had to edit that file in My using file manager of control panel directly, or i can use joomla back end? sorry i am confused

If you have CB 1.9 installed you should download the language plugin for CB 1.9 and not the one for Cb 1.4.

Once installed as a CB Plugin you can look at your root/component/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/en-gb for the php files you need to edit.
