error message on registration was created by kmanos7

hi guys , the last days when somebody tries to register to my site , gets this error message

any help ??

Looks like you installed something new that is causing this.

A Joomla plugin?
A CB plugin trying to integrate with something?

Is the _bid_users the Joomla user table or something else?
