My site doesn't seem to respond with the CB component

Hello.

I'm a new CB user. My dilemma is just as the subject describes. It behaves just as the component is inactivated. I wanted to do changes in my sites registration form, change field settings and add new fields. For example, instead of the original name field I would like to do two separated fields, one for first name and one for last name.

Suggest you take some time and look at our picture-book tutorials here:

www.joomlapolis.com/support/tutorials/111-picture-books

Then spend some time looking at the CB Configuration panel and go through each parameter.
There is one for name field setup.
