admin to create connections between user

Hi there,

Is there a way for the admin to create connections between users. I have a list of users with partner linked together and I would like to create that, and not have to log in from all these users.

Also I have lost the create connection menu item from the top tab listing. The bottom tab is working fine, but just right after the edit tab on top. I definitly might have removed it, but where would I go to re-enable it? (I definitly didn't play with the php code at this point, so it shouldn't be too deep)

I wonder if I could simply remove any setting, resetting the plugin to blank by ? deleting the file and re-installing? I would assume settings are kept in the database for the connections plugin no?
