Joomla 1.5.9

Hi I have been running Joomla 1.5.9 for some time and have tried to update CB1.8.1 to CB1.9.1.
All I get is an error messages when I have uploaded the first package com_comprofiler.zip
ERROR: Could not find a CB XML setup file in the package.
Installation file not found:
/home/XXXXXXXXX/public_html/tmp/install_52ac9c2c77ea3/
anyone know how to fix this please.
