Error when install cb 1.9 on joomla 3.1.5

Error when install cb 1.9 on joomla 3.1.5 was created by gab2
I get error when I try to install cb 1.9 on joomla 3.1, is it fully compatible? (I noticed there's no download avalalaible for joomla 3.1)

This is the error I get when I install com_comprofiler.zip:

Catchable fatal error: Argument 3 passed to JClientFtp::getInstance() must be an array, null given, called in [...]/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/cb/cb.adminfilesystem.php on line 293 and defined in [...]/libraries/joomla/client/ftp.php on line 192

Does anyone know this problem?

Well, I installed a clean version of Joomla 3.0.3 to test CB 1.9 on it but same problem. After 1 min running, the script die with same error.

I activated FTP into configuration.php, other components install successfully.

Don't know what's wrong :(

Look like my PHP version don't accept null parameter as empty array. I found solution here: www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/219346-error-installing-comprofiler?start=6
