Using CB as a directory manager

Using CB as a directory manager was created by epeeist
I am currently redesigning the website for a region within British Fencing. In the past I have used CB to manage users and a separate component as a club directory.

Given that there are less than 50 clubs in the region this seems like overkill, and it also make clubs second class citizens.

Would it be possible to use CB to manage both people and clubs, with the ability to display a directory of clubs within the region?

You could create two separate user groups: one for clubs and one for users?
