how to set up registration field in community builder-kunena

how to set up registration field in community builder-kunena was created by willytrex

i follow everything according to
www.kunena.org/docs/Integration_Kunena_and_Community_Builder

but i realised i cant register new member i kunena , and community builder also,
can anyone tell me how?
below is the link that i currently doing

any step by step video ? or any solution?
