cb config file not viewing properly

cb config file not viewing properly was created by gsterner65

I can no longer change the settings of the configuration file because it will not view properly or save.

I have attached what the view is I hope somebody can help me fix the settings I have looked everywhere for an answer. Uninstalled and reinstalled CB deleted files and uuugghhh.

Check your browser error console for javascript errors.
