Mass Email not sending

Mass Email not sending was created by spyderwoman
We are a CB and CB Subs user and have noticed that the mass email function located in the Use Management tab is not working. The process seems to be working and the resulting message on the admin screen is a success but emails are not actually being sent (and spam filters have been checked). Is there a setting I missed somewhere?

I have the same problem. Yes, my Joomla mass mailing works. But when I register a new user the email is not received.I checked my spam filter. I ran Joomla debug, have the latest updates and got these results:




I use JNews for mailings and that works. Help appreciated. Thanks!

PHP Version 5.3.29, Joomla! 2.5.28, CB 2.0.4, jNews Pro 8.3.3, Reflex v1.10, Gantry v4.1.26, VirtueMart 2.6.12.2, MoWebSo Template 3.2.19, MoWebSo Plugin 1.1.0, Database Version 5.5.40-cll, Database Collation utf8_general_ci

Yes, Mass Mail works fine for me.

Please start new topic on Advanced support forum area and give details of your environment and exact steps you took to test.

If Joomla mass email works then CB User Manager mass email should work also.

I know this topic is old now but we are having this problem again.
Is there a way to track mass mail or verify that it was sent. It does not seem to be working but it is hard to know without knowing where to check... is there a log or do the sent emails go somewhere?
Has anyone else had this problem?
