Undefined message when clicking on login button

Undefined message when clicking on login button was created by thinhat

Hi guys,

This a noob question, for sure I'm doing something wrong so pls bear with me. Installed v1.9 on on Joomla 3.1 and went through the install instructions.
When I click on the login button created, it gives me a pop-up with "undefined" as the message.

What am I doing wrong?
Let me know if you need me to provide more info.
