Failed CB Install

Failed CB Install was created by treihm

I get the following error when uploading through the Extension Manager-
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

Did not see anything related to this in the instructions. Am I doing something wrong?

Please see our FAQ/Tutorial section.
Also make sure you unzip the CB 1.9 distribution package.
