Installing 1.9 in J2.58 Broke CB!

Installing 1.9 in J2.58 Broke CB! was created by davewx

I have tried to install CB 1.9 multiple ways, through the Extention install, through upload, from the file in the tmp directory. Every time I get the error:
-1 - An error has occurred.
Copy failed

All permission are correct, in fact I had just installed j2.58 immediately before successfully.

Now CB is no longer listed in the Admin Comp directory so I can't access it in the back end!

looks like a permissions problem.
