Help....Cant stop registered users from editing was created by g4ztd

Help....I have a chat box on my site, but anyone even the public can delete the posts made inside it, i can not find anywhere that i can make this Admin only privilege, please can any one help?
I'm stuck

I am using Joomla 2.5.7

I'm new to all this so please be patient
