dinamci dropdown?

I would like to create a form consisting of a first part of the fields containing common data (eg name, surname, address, city, etc.) and then, through the selection of an item in dorpdown, continue with a more personalized. In other words, the selected item in the dropdown should activate specific fields rather than others.
Can CB manage it? Using dynamic dropdown? CB Conditional would be useful?
