First you should really upgrade your website to Joomla 2.5 as Joomla 1.7 is no longer supported.

Then you should study the CB 1.8.1 installation document (included in the CB 1.8.1 distribution package).

You should also study the FAQ articles and search the forums before posting as your issue has most likely been addressed before many times.
