I would migrate my Joomla 1.5.26 to 2.5.6 I use CB 1.8.1 and CB Sub 2.0.1

I intend to use the SP component Ugrade my site.

What are the general instructions to migrate properly CB 1.8 and CB Sub 2.0.1 on Joomla 2.5 ?
