Memory allocation error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 18874368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 93095 bytes) in /hermes/bosweb25a/b50/ipg.oddjobsandsuchcom/oddjobsandsuch/plugins/system/sef/sef.php on line 34
Whenever a user tries to logon they get this error.
I am using CB 1.8 on Joomla 2.53
I did not get the error with joomla 1.5 and CB 1.7
This is crippling my business please help
