Send password with Accepted email not initial regi

[PASSWORD] - Password choosen by the User (only at the first email sent upon pressing "Register")

How can I bypass this? I want the user to get their password and login once they are approved for the site not when they register. This is for two reasons, one if they are not approved they dont need a username and password and two if they are approved I dont want the user to have to go back into another email to get their login information. I want it all listed in the "You have been accepted" email.

How can I get past this restriction?

You cannot.

Joomla stores password in a hashed format.

Cleartext password is only available just before this process, that is why it can be included only in very first email.
