Cannot get CB to Mass Mail on Joomla 1.5 @ GoDaddy

I have tried everything I can think of to get the CB Mass Mail feature working with a new Joomla website that we recently setup at GoDaddy. Doing the same thing at IPower works just fine out of the box. It will say it sends (with no errors) but nothing ever shows up in the recepients inbox.

GoDaddy has been no help at all.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

No experience with godaddy at all.
The issue is theirs to fix since you verified that things work ok on other hosting environments.

I cannot get CB mass mail while am registering in Front end, i got only "successfully registered messages" ... and am using PHP mailer..can anyone help me to solve this issue
