Hide username in edit profile

Hi all

I've chosen email as my login parameter, and username is no longer a field in the registration form. I have disabled the possibility to change the username, so when i access the change profile tab when logged in the username shows as text in the form (it just uses the name as username).

How do i completely hide this row from my edit profile form?
