Just would like to know if it is possible to create 2 different forms and capture data from both forms into 1 centralised data table?
I am intending to do an online membership recruitment drive.
Membership allows individual and corporate members.
For corporate members, a company rep has to complete the company's information, then proceed to submit the names of individuals that is under the corporate member.
All members would also be given Registered members to access restricted members' resources.
Pleas advise how to go about doing 2 forms for this matter.
