user registration doesn't work

Hey guys,

Can someone help me? I have a problem with CB user registration on my website - www.instapoker.tv/ru/ . After filling all required fields on a registration page and pressing 'Register' button, I'm redirected to a login page, with no further action - no new user account is created and no confirmation email is sent.
My website is in Russian, so it might be difficult to navigate through it, so here is a direct link to the user reg page - www.instapoker.tv/ru/create-an-account

Any thoughts and advices are very welcome!

turn off sef and retest

make sure you followed installation guide.

yep, thanks nant. I'm sure that I installed CB correctly since it worked for some time after that. And a couple of days later the problem occured.

Well CB is not a time bomb to work and then stop a couple of days later.

Something else must have caused this.

Are you sure you have a PUBLIC mandatory menu as explained in the installation guide?

Somehow I've unpublished that menu item on the week start - and this caused the problem.
